1. All seats must be pre booked and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is recommended and payment is to be made in full at the time of booking. Receipt of payment indicates your acceptance of these Booking Conditions. Any passenger disabilities and/or use of mobility aids must be declared at the time of booking.
2. Payment can be by bank transfer, by debit/credit card over the phone or by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to “Tey Tours Limited”.  If payment is made by cheque, seats will be provisionally booked until the cheque has cleared. Cheques must be received within five working days of the booking, or the seats will be released.
3. As a small business, we sometimes like to take photos and videos to share on our social media, website and promotional material. If you wish to opt out of having your image used, please let us know in writing.
4. We make every effort to carry out the itineraries as described but cannot be held responsible for any changes made by the destination venue. We reserve the right to cancel any excursion or alter routes, timings and stopping places without prior notice. Subject to passenger numbers we reserve the right to send a different executive vehicle, which could result in a change of your seat number. Passenger requests for additional pick up/drop off points once the excursion has commenced are unable to be accommodated due to insurance and driving hours regulations.
5. Prices shown do not include meals, admission fees etc. unless specifically stated.
6. Seat belts must be worn. Smoking, vaping, the consumption of alcohol, use of illegal substances and hot food are not permitted on coaches at any time. Hot drinks must have a lid. To prevent disturbance to other passengers, mobile phones must be switched to silent or headphones must be worn. Any calls should be restricted to those of an urgent nature only.
7. Passengers are requested to adhere to the departure times given by the driver in order to comply with driving hours regulations. No refunds will be given to anyone arriving late and missing the coach. Journey times and destinations are given as estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to traffic restrictions, delays, breakdowns etc. The company will not be held liable for loss or inconvenience caused by breakdown, or delays of any other cause.
8. The company will not accept liability for any damage to or loss of passengers’ property that is left on the vehicle.
9. Valid passports are required for all excursions outside of the UK. Passengers should ensure they have all the necessary documentation to enter all countries being visited.
10. The company reserves the right to refuse to accept passengers (either outbound, interim or return journeys) under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances, displaying disruptive and/or aggressive behaviour, or any other reason that would adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers.
11. If we are forced to cancel any excursion a full refund will be given. In the event of a passenger cancelling a booking, refunds apply as follows:

More than 28 days notice – 90% refund

14-28 days notice – 75% refund

7-13 days notice – 50% refund

Less than 7 days notice – no refund (unless we can resell the seat, in which case 50% refund applies)
